Mission: Prepare the next generation of leaders by enacting real and relevant change. This happens by removing the mask and operating out of the confidence of who we are.

Purpose:

• Strengthen the youth and young adult component of Shalom Church.
• Increase young adult participation in ministry.
• Create relevant ministries and activities for youth and young adults.

Structure: FACE-OFF is structured to provide Social, Educational and Spiritual outlets to Young adults ages 18 - 35. We are a team that understands change and the need to make change both lasting and relevant. We are about more than just random concerts and events, but rather a community of young adults that can meet you where you are and together grow to the next level.
